Boiler feed pump minimum flow cycle valve selection

Control requirements: Make the boiler feed pump start and run safely, eliminate the damage to the pump due to excessive flow, increased temperature rise, and strong cavitation of water. (Old-style power plants have a minimum flow control valve that uses a switch type, and also use a mechanical pump automatic cycle valve).

Operating conditions: The pressure drop is 160-350 kg. It is the valve with the largest pressure difference in the power station system. The flow rate is generally 30% of the normal flow.

Valve requirements: anti-cavitation, anti-blocking structure, v seal level, the pump starts and stops running when the valve is working continuously, the valve is normally closed after the pump is started, the valve is usually open.
